115 bullheads now call my bait tank home!

Visited my favorite bullhead pond this afternoon and caught 6 bullies with hook and line. Once I knew they were there and biting I went home and got everything ready. When my son got home from work I talked him into pulling a seine with me. First two pulls we managed nothing but small sunnies. The third pull we hit paydirt and the seine was just full of bullheads. I just dumped them into buckets and hauled them home. I counted them from the buckets into my quarantine tank and we had 109 bullheads on that one pull. Most are small 4" to 5" bullheads but they will make perfect cut bait.

Fresh bait - warm temps - river dropping and water is warming - Twins are on the radio. Isn't America great - Time to go fishing!!

Cool...Scott did you stretch some line the other night when you went out in boat?

Tuesday, no, Thursday we were fishing with crawlers and caught many different species, then I went out Sunday, no fish, then went out Wednesday and caught a few. Just a couple small channels in between the rough fish, but we were fishing with crawlers.
