I noticed in a previous post that you are a tech for GE. I got a question for you on a newer GE washer (1-2 years old). It's a regular top load washer and it clunks loudly when agitating. The noise is coming from where the big pulley bolts on to the bottom of the gearcase. It looks like there are teeth on both parts where they connect. There is quite a bit of play between the two. I'm wondering if you have seen this at all yet? I was going to try and replace the pulley, but I don't know if the piece on the gearbox is bad too.

Thanks for any advice you can offer.
