Any fishing out of the boat?

Is there any spots still open on the Miss. that I can bring the boat. Ice to unsafe over here by Oshkosh. Please give nearest town as I'm not to familiar with the river. Thanks Pat

A little far but Red Wing is wide open and small fish are biting pretty well.

Well if the Mississippi is anything like the lower Wisconsin River then everything should be open on the main channels. Back waters are iced up.

People are catching a lot of small eyes (few keepers) at the Sauk dam. (Watch the size limits here) But be very careful water levels are extremely low. If you don't know that part of the river ASK. It will save a lower unit.
