Someone hit a deer and its laying in my ditch, Im on a county hwy. anyone pick these things up?

Local sheriff department he will go and confirm it is not a poaching incident then give you an ok to take it, in most cases

Thanks for the quick replies guys, but... some old couple just came and picked it up, flys and all, and put it in thier minivan. I was headed out to tell them that its been there 2 days, but they were gone like a flash...yuk
