03 chev 1/2 ton parking brakes

parking brakes wont stay adjusted up [rear disc]. is there away of adjusting with out pulling all the brakes apart.

How often do you have to adjust them?

i didnt half to adjust the for the first 100k three time in the last 30k. i replaced all brake parts 100k. i use the brake often at boat landings worked well all through the spring went to get set this weekend and hardly grabs.cant see how to adjust with out pulling rotor off
