Motor tension help

My mid 90s 25hp johnson tiller is very loose on side to side motion. If I take my hand off it goes to one side or the other and does not stay straight. How can I tighten this up?

There should be a set screw on the side of the motor above the transom clamps. Just need to tighten that up.
