I bought the "Smoothie" rod last year. It is a great rod for jigging, slip bobber fishing, and split shot fishing. I caught walleyes, northerns, smallies and even a 10 pound catfish on that rod and it performed great. Great sensitivity, sound construction, and I highly recommend this rod.

I own both a Smoothie and the 8ft rigging rod. Great rods and an even better price. Can't wait to try the longer rod for slip bobbering. I know it works well for dragging jigs on the river.

I have many Limit Creek rods, I've gave away or sold my st croix rods and now thats all I use "o yeah" I'm a feild test for them also, really nice rods at a great price!
