Alternatives to frying fish

I'll vouch for the fish and taters. Tried it last night with baby reds, pike, onions and bread crumbs. Have just enough left over for lunch today! Great idea!

Use this plan for baking:

Dip the fillets in cooking oil

Place them in a glass baking dish

Crumble potato chips over them (use sour cream and onion for a bit more flavor).

Sprinkle some grated/shredded cheddar cheese over them.

Bake for about 35-40 minutes at 350*.

Need to go cheaper?...use cheddar and sour cream potato chips and skip the cheese.
