Jarrod32 Posted May 26, 2008 Share Posted May 26, 2008 Use this plan for baking:Dip the fillets in cooking oilPlace them in a glass baking dishCrumble potato chips over them (use sour cream and onion for a bit more flavor).Sprinkle some grated/shredded cheddar cheese over them.Bake for about 35-40 minutes at 350*.Need to go cheaper?...use cheddar and sour cream potato chips and skip the cheese.
