I have a 12v 17amp per hour battery and was wondering what kind of charger I should use for it.

Would the charger for a vexilar battery work?

It would work, but it would take awhile to charge it. Most Vexilar chargers are 1 amp or less, that would takke 17 hours at a dead battery!
