"Lever" Style Wheelhouse Frame Question

Not certain the best way to describe this, but I'll try...

Wondering about a style of wheelhouse frame I have seen around over the years. Typically on a smaller house, call it 5x6. Basically, it looks like a wheelhouse when trailering, but when you pull the pins, the tongue rises up at approx. 60 degree angle (house drops between the wheels), and the house lands on the ice. When you are ready to go, simply "lever" the tongue back towards the ice and put the pins (I assume pins) back in. The house must be detached from the tow vehicle. Looks simple, light, and less-expensive. Ideas on suppliers, cost, name or brand of this frame, etc.? Thanks.

I havn't seen a manufactured brand using this type so I guess they must be welding their own up. It does look like a simple design.

Any of the ones I have seen of that type was home made. Not sure if that type would be ok for a couple hundred mile trip at 65 to 70 MPH.

Ya I think most of them are all homemade, I have a house with that setup, bought it that way though, I will say that any decent welder could manufactur this and it would be relatively cheap in comparison to a full frame, basically its a skid house with wheels as there is no actual frame. Directly behind the wheels on these setups is a rod that runs through the skids and that is what allows for the back half to be picked up. Your right, after the back half is up you just crank it onto the ball and the front begins to raise, throw in two pins and your moving, very simple but I would not recommend long trips with this style, another friend of mine has this as well and he travels in a radius of 30 miles with no fears at 50 miles an hour. If you see one just take a few pictures and bring to a welding shop, they should be able to give you a rough estimate/
