Portable prices $$$

Is it just me, or does it seem that the price of portables is going up and up every year? I saw the prices on some of the Clams, and it just seemed to be alot more than last year?

I was out yesterday getting some lures, and thought the same thing, some seemed $100 more than last year. Maybe I am just remembering last years close out prices though. But I dont think so

I know that the X2 went up $50 in price($649.99 to $699.99) and it seems to be identical to last year. Heck, it may even be a last years model for all we know.

That in itself.. $700 for a flip over style fish house. Thats crazy!!

I didn't like the prices on them either- that's exactly why I waited until late in the season and bought the last Voyager that GM had. I saved myself about $150.00 after I signed up for their credit card. Best of all, I didn't have to pay for it right away. If you can wait until the end of season, there are bargains to be had.
