TOPO Maps

I know I probably shouldn't be asking this on a MINNESOTA fishing forum, but here it goes anyway!! I am going to northern Wisc. in a week to a friends cabin and know the fishing up there is good at times. Finding a topo map of a lake here in MN is easy over our DNR HSOforum. Tried a couple of different Wisc. HSOforum and they all want money. Am I out of luck? do I have to wait until I am up there to buy one? Any thoughts?
