Hey Guys: I need to do some fixin in the off season which includes replcing the runners on my permanent. I'm wondering what product (poly something) is used on the bottoms of runners and where (I live in Duluth) to find it.

I would look at a truck supply store of some kind and see if you can get a hold of some super slide. It's the stuff that they put in the bottom of the gravel trucks and farm trucks to make the product slide out of the box easier when it is raised. Gravel, sugar beets don't stick to it as bad. It's only about a 1/4" thick or so, so it should be easy to work with. I know they use rivets or just bolt it into the truck boxes.
