Cyclone - LOW

We went out on LOW at Cyclone and 3 of us had our limits of crappie in a couple of hours. Gordy is plowing the road with his truck and there is about 9" of ice now.

Nice report....How much snow is on the lakes up there? Specifically Crow...Getting a little nervous about snowcover..12 days.....

There is hardly any snow on the ice, there are alot of bare spots where the wind has blown it off. That is LOW, but the lake where I live is like that as well. Crow should be the same. I have heard mixed reports about Crows ice, it should be ok, but it has not been making much ice, so I would watch the last areas that froze. Better to be safe than sorry.

Went out again to today and the bite was even better, 4 of us limited out well before noon. Glo jigs were the ticket today, had to stop it 10' of the bottom and then they would come right up.

Thanks for the updates..I doubt we will hit the crappies at all with the laker having more power over us..

Was up fishin by cyclone today we did pretty good. We didnt limit out but we did good enough and we caught a few nice walleyes too. It turned out to be a good day of fishing.

Glad to see that you could join us here on the FM!!! I will be heading up on tuesday and will be in that area frequently for the eleven days following. Looking to have a large laker on the end of my line before we have to go back to school.
