cats on the St. Louis river

I just moved to Duluth and like to fish some for cats especially after ice out. Any body fish the St. LOuis for them, I heard there are some pigs in their. Any info would be great. AJ

I know there is some good fishing up there for Channels. I myself have not been up there to try it (Yet). I guess you'll just have to do a little research and exploration. A friend of mine has a cabin somewhere around Floodwood and he says the cats are plentiful.

I'm really gettin pumped for the coming catfishing season!

i fish the river up in brookston i do vary well i can show u some spots this summer if u want
