Anyone used the Hot Stix Rod?

Modern clothing has made ice fishing more comfortable, but cold hands continue to needlessly plague ice anglers. Hot Stix are ice rods featuring vented thermoplastic handles that accept standard air-activated hand warmers. With a hand warmer inserted, the rod handle radiates heat. Hot Stix allow ice anglers to fish without wearing sensitivity-robbing gloves!

Has anyone used this? What do you think?

I don't think that they can put out the heat that is needed. I use those warmers deer hunting, but when they are outside in the -0 temps and not in something like a chopper/muff, they lose heat quick.
