anybody still hunting northwest of appleton?

i will be hunting up in the appleton/ortonville area wednesday through sunday; was wondering if anybody is finishing geese in the fields or if they are flaring like they did to us this weekend. blue skies and sunny didnt help this weekend; but the geese also seemed to be very wary, circling even empty fields many times before moving on or landing. the mallards however have had a kamakazee death wish on the mojo mallards lately!

the sun didnt help the hunting. i had geeses flying over my deeks pretty low and i just had mallard deeks out. they would have been low enough if they woulda flew right over me. the mallards didnt even look at my decoys. i had a robo goin and everything. the ducks seemed to be more wary than the geese to me
