Grouse recipes

Anyone got any good grouse recipes need a couple for some of last years birds that sank to the bottom on the freezer. Just found them and now I am hungry

Last years birds? I've got a good recipe for last years birds....Thaw them out under water...place the pieces of 1 year old Grouse in a shallow baking dish....and feed them to the cat! Seasons open, get some fresh ones!
