What kind of fish are you going to pickle?

I have a few different ones.

I also have a very good Seviche Recipe which is quite simple,and very tasty!

I am wanting to pickle some fish this weekend and have never done it before. Does anyone have a good recipe for pickled fish? I am kind of in the dark with this so any recipe/help that someone will share with me will be appreciated.
