Crow River by Rockford

I have a company picnic at Lake Rebecca tomorrow and was wonder if anyone has fished the Crow River out there. Hoping for channels, but wouldn't mind pike or smallies if they are there. Anyone familiar with it that can give me a tip?

Yes sir. It has some very nice channels in it. But I've never done too well near Lk Rebecca personally. Towards town Nth of Hwy55 has some good shore spots and if you find a stretch with rocks they be some rough fish like Norts, walleye's and smallies too.

Thanks. Do you mean just N of 55, but still around Rockford? Are you able to park on the side of the road? I can use Google maps to scout a promising area if I know I can park anywhere. Thanks again. I'd hate to drive that far and not fish!

Yep North of 55. If you go over the bridge to your 1st stop light. I think it's Main St. You take a right, there's spots right in town or just a few min's up the road. Yes you can park off the road just what out for MailBoxes and no parking signs.
