Crappie lakes around Grand Rapids?

I know how secret good crappie lakes are. But I wanted to see if anyone would offer up a lake for some crappie action on the hard water. Coming up this weekend to chase perch. If the bite is still slow would like to turn in a different direction.

splithand lake can be good for the crappies. Hill lake is a pretty good one as well. You should go to the "regional" category and ask same question under grand rapids section. good luck.

kdawg- thanks for the info. I will probably give something a try this weekend. Is there any certain area to fish on splithand or hill?
