Wahpeton Area

How is the Wahpeton area for catfishing i see they run some pretty big adds in my older catfish insider magazines.

Dark30, Rick and myself fished just north of that area one season with Backwater Eddy near Abercrombie.

It is small water. It was a real test on the River Pro with 4 guys and all their gear in such a narrow shallow stretch. We had to skip over land in some areas to get to the next bend or hole. Fishing was good though. I don't remeber getting too many larger fish but plenty in the 3 to 6lb range. All channel cats.
