Mississippi Catfish

hello everyone

i am from the st. cloud area, and started to get into fishing. does anyone know some good fishing spots on the mississippi for catfish in the summer time. appreciate any comments. thanks!

I grew up in that area but didn't start fishing for cats until I moved away, so I can't help you out. I'd also try posing your question to the Mississippi North topic.

There are lots of channel cats from st cloud to clearwater. Its a night bite, and lots of shallow water in that stretch. You shouldnt have any problem finding them, just look for any hole around a bend in the river and fish after dark.
