fisherman 66
I bought one 2 years ago and am very happy with it. It takes a little more time to set up but with two guys it can be done in 2 minutes. One person can set it up alone. It is perfect for a compact truck the way it folds down. One thing is heating it, if you put two buddy heaters in it one on each end it heats nice try but try and get by with one it can be cold inside. I have fished at -22 with the two heaters and it was warm enough to go without a coat. Also have had 4 people fishing in it. Works out fine at one hole each. Hope this helps! 7Pines
Thank you, that is helpful... I could've called Clam Corp. and asked the same thing, but, you know, what's he gonna tell me? "Oh suuure, it's a snap!" I wanted info from a guy that owns and uses one. Thanks again,
minnesotamusky
I bougth my 1060 three years ago. Like it very much. Lots of room for two people. It sets up pretty quick. The one complaint that I have is using it on windy days. The crossbar on the angled side always seems to pop out on windy days. Wish there was a way to lock it in place. It helps to set it up with the angled sides facing away from the wind. I also use the ice anchors to hold the house in place. Had it almost blow across the lake the first year I had it.
