...That bait dealers are allowed to trap waters on Federal WPA's? I guess, the sloughs in question do have some private land butted up to them, but in my opinion, it's messed up.

Also, is it right that numerous WPA's have under gone the scorched earth policy and are now black, in the few weeks out in the Big Stone, Stevens, swift areas. I saw the Feds torch some of them earlier, now there's quite a few burnt black. I'm sure some farmers got a little carried away on a few of em too. Seems like kind of the wrong time of year to be doing that with winter and all coming, but that's just me.
