Ragenald
Some great posts about the equipment that everyone brings with them on the ice. What about your go to panfish jigs?
Matt Johnson
I'm big on Custom Jigs and Spins, always have been. The Ratso and Shrimpo are both outstanding panfish jigs that can be applied to many different situations. The Nuclear Ant is another good one. I really like the line of finesse plastic jigs they carry, they're some of my all-time most productive panfish jigs. Their Two-Spots and Demons are great too.I also like the Lindy Tackle Fatboy and the Techni-Glo Genz Bug. The Fatboy is a horizontal jig while the Genz Bug presents a unique hook position that can really be the ticket in a solid hook-set on some days. I like to deadstick a minnow with the Genz Bug, works pretty well. There are really a lot of options for panfish jigs, all of which have their time and place. I'm constantly picking up new jigs styles and colors, however, I still have my mainstays...Custom Jigs and Spins size 10 Shrimpos in various colorsCustom Jigs and Spins size 8 Ratso - Pink/WhiteCustom Jigs and Spins size 10 Ratso - BlackLindy Tackle size 10 glow-red FatboyLindy Tackle Techni-Glo size 8 or 10 Genz Bug in green or red glowThose are some great options in my opinion.Good Fishin,Matt Johnson
