Fig Rig:

cliffy

Recommended Posts

I just wanted to let others know of a very good experience I had with the people at Fig Rig rods. I bought one this past spring at the muskie expo in the Mpls area.

It broke on me the other day while doing a hook set on a pike....that was not the good experience. The good thing was the awesome costumer service that I received from the company. The night It broke I sent the company an e-mail explaining what had happened and bingo...three days later a new rod shows up! No questions asked! cool.gifcool.gifcool.gif

If anyone is in the market for a new rod, I would seriously look at the Fig Rig line up. I am pretty sure my rod’s failure was just a fluke.

I just felt the need to share this story as it seems we only hear about the places with poor customer services...

I have been using FigRigs for 3 years and I love them. There customer service is great. I just got off the phone with Terry and we talked more about fishing then we did about my need for some extra tips. Extremely nice people and wonderful to work with. I have many of their rods and haven't had a failure yet.

i agree with both of you guys, for the money i dont think there is a better rod out there than a Fig Rig. They are super lite and have a nice long cork handle so its easy to throw all day long. I havent found a reason to try a different rod.
