How do you adjust a Water Bonnet Walk Thru WindShield

I need help adjusting my Water Bonnet walk thru windshield (43R-004562). When I close the window the bottom part of the window scraps the frame while the top of the window has a 1/4" gap.

I have tried adjusting the support brackets but must be doing something wrong.

Any help would be great.
