Marine band radio repair

I have a marine radio on my boat that receives transmissions but will not send transmissions.

Have narrowed it down to not being the antennea or the microphone/push button. Must be something else.

Anybody know of a place to send them for repair?

You could try Actions Electronics in Anoka. If he can't fix it, he'd know who could.

Just as an FYI to people who have VHF radios.

You should never under any circumstances key the mike with the radio on and no antennae hooked up. It is possible to toast some of the circuitry in the radio doing this.
