forced air furnace's

i have a suburban forced air furnace & I'm wondering how long does a good deep cell battery last on these furnace's, it has electronic lighting, also how would a person hook up a series on 2 batteries, thank you

You would hook + to + and - to -. If you hook postive to negative and so on you will get 24 volts.
