A buddy of mine has a new fish trap scout for sale from last year, what is it worth?

New ones sell for $200 in the stores. If it is still brand new he might get close to that for it.

I would get the used scout in a lighted setting and close it over yourself. Then you can see if it has any holes to deal with. If it is in prime shape, shell out the $$$ for a used one. IF he is asking $$$ that is similar to this years model, why not have a new one?!?!?

I bought a brand new one last year that was clearanced at $100. But thanks to price matching guarantees, I paid half that. I'd pay anywhere between $100 and $150.

I bought one on clearence at the end of last year for 159.00 they were going like hot cakes I don't think they would of came down any lower. This is my 2nd one. Worth the $ if its cold as hell.
