Any reports from Alex/Glenwood area?

Might go out tommorow or Sunday and hit some public land, was wondering if anyone has been shooting any birds?

Is there still a lot of corn up? Any info would be great.

Ole- I hunted SE of there last weekend. Morris Benson area. Very little corn had been cut. We did see lots of birds comming out of corn in the last hour and a half of the day. If your hunting public land I would look hard to find something with crops out. I thing they are staying in the corn all day. Or get in the cattails that you can manage.

Thanks for the info BDR, I was hoping there would be more corn down this weekend then last, but it's been pretty wet.

Oh well, it will be nice just to work the dogs, birds are always a bonus.
