permanent fishouse on millelacs 8x12 currently on the ice out of the red door resort.2 bunks, 1 year old orbis 15000 btu diect vent heater, 2 humphrey gas lights, 4x4 oak runners, 2 100 pound tanks. roof needs minor repair (doesnt leak), maybe new door.going up sunday to fish. would like to sell before it is put away. sorry no pictures, i dont have a digital camera--i am going to build a crank down house e-mail [email protected]

although it isnt sold yet, a gentleman is coming to see it on sunday and evidently is interested enough to bring his trailer, so by rights he will get first shot. there are 2 windows on tiny one and one 24x30 inch that we put in last year, and yes 600 is all i am asking.i figure the heater and lights and tanks are probably worth almost that much so i have it priced so i dont have to make continous trips up to mille lacs to show it just to get a few more bucks out of it no cook stove but there is a drop leaf table and some really cool hole keepers my brother welded for me (the kind that you push down in the hole and they pop up again with a little lighter fluid)
