Would also work great for a summer storage shed!

-the house is a little over 11' wide with the wheels, so be ware of this. I haven't had a problem with it from the local law enforcment, but i'm just letting you know now.

Kinda need to sell, but hate to get rid of it.
I usually take it out on 10 inches of solid ice, on Otter Tail lake, I think last year we took it out on about 9" with an ATV. Runs down the road good.

->Would like to get around $3,400.<-
->NOW AT $2,600<-

P.S.
The lift I put on it lifts the front of the house up, sets the back end down, then you pull a pin on each set of wheels, and pull them straight out, then set the house down on 2X4 blocks, ( takes one guy about 5 mins) this is the best and simplest system I have used on big houses(in my opinion). It also has a Carbon Monoxide detector in it just in case. Any other questions, send me an e-mail, and I can get you my phone number.
It can also be moved with a truck and rope, Or really low drop reciever hitch without the wheels. It sits up on metal rail skids about 8-9" from ice to floor. but i usually just put the wheels back on.

I also have a portable 4X8 fish/spear house i would like to get rid of. it has a wood floor, with gray turf, 4 holes, 1 spear hole, two rattle reels. plywood ends that fold down, and canvas middle. I would be willing to sell this for about $150.
