1984 Lund 16ft Mr bass for sale

1984 16ft Lund Mr.Bass aluminum fishing boat.
It has a 1993 Mariner 50hp, electric start, oil injected, power tilt & trim, tiller controlled.
Boat was a theft recovery, it was stripped completely, I started restoring it and now I don't have much time anymore, so I rather sell it.
It runs very well, no leaks, and very smooth, just as a Lund should be, it's a wide solid hull, and with a brand new Lund seat.
Trailer is very solid, it's just missing a fender, side guides are included (not in picture), it has bearing buddies, 1 7/8" ball hitch.
Buyer will have option to get many free items I have here, to continue restore.
Boat and trailer have just been registered to me, they have MN proper paperwork, but if somebody will need title, I will write a dealer bill of sale, and mail it as soon as I receive it (approx 45 days), but you'll be able to use boat in the meantime.
Located 30 miles south of Minneapolis.
