Hello fellow ice dudes
hay whats the word on sanchez res
i hear their is big pike on account of
no fishing pressure. Is this true
is their any water, reports have said
most lakes s of colo springs way down
been wanting to go in on snowcat
and punch a hole do some search and destroy
hopefully hook up on a jaw.

There is huge pike there, I landed a 44 incher last season through the ice. I have probably caught and released 500 pike there over the last two seasons. Only problem is there probably isn't any water left there. I was there late this summer and the water was so low the island wasn't an island. I've heard rumors of it being drained to a 1/3 of its original size which would make it around 500 acres. Believe it or not the walleye are 60% of the bio mass there with suckers next and then pike and then perch.
