icewalkr1
The fishin is slow but looking up towards nightfall and about an hour or two after the crappies are comming up from stucture submerged on the bottom of about42 feet,in about 30 to 34ft, according to tonights schedule. Caught a few 'eyes on the bottom with a larger minnow on a northland spoon hook.(orange and yellow usually works well)All walleyes just too small to keep, but man you would think we'de all be limmiting out a few times a week by now....patience boys, patience! There is plenty of gills and pies to be cught until then.Although a few guys (and girls) are getting some keepers from 16 to 22inches.That is a great sign.Just wait till we have our own hatchery.
