I hear you live up there! Tell me
about storm lake.Is it safe any where
or everywhere?Could you walk out from
the marina or the park to get to the
dredge area? I know it is pretty hit
or miss, mostly miss,but I want to try.

orngruffe,so you would like to try fishin on the great dead sea up here in storm lake.I have had not had any luck on storm this year nor have I talked to anyone that has. There is a slow crappie bite going on out at the marina but i have been several times and caught none. The lake has opend up in several spots in the last several days mainly along the north shore. I would be causious but I belive you could make it out from Frank Star park on west side of lake. If looking for eyes give Elk or Virgin lakes a try rumor is that they both have been giving up eyes and perch. thats were I will try it new years day. good luck F Irish

Thanks Irish.I might go up there,Silver,Elk
or somewhere this weekend.I might watch ball in the A.M.and maybe try to fill 1
more bow tag in the P.M.Have to work Friday
so probably hang out tomorrow.
