Brushy Creek - rain

Northern Ia had heavy rain last night. I haven't heard if it rained hard in the Brushy Creek area. If so does that shut down the fishing for a little while?

I fished brushy last nite got one 14" walleye in front of dam off of a shad rap craw dad colored #5 deep diver wanted to stay untill dark or after but the report of tornado watch over fire pager. I decided to call it quits and got home before the rain... As far as how much rain they got I do not know we had 7 tenths west of brushy... I still beleave it has to be early morning or late after noon or evning to get walleyes there thats just my feelings on that or my luck any way...
