Fished off the island at clear lake yesterday, two yellows (one 11inch, one 8 inch) have they been doing better than that? I suppose the 30mph winds did not help.

How have people been doing?

I've been spending time catfishing in the Des Moines River. The bite has been fair with a good catch of little ones 6 and 8 inchers all of which I released. It must have been a good year class a while back

I havent heard any recent reports on Clear. I am going to be heading up there on May3 to help a buddy prefish for the GNWC tourney there the 4th, so I hope they pick up!

Was on Big Creek yesterday morning, got quite a few eyes (only one legal 15") and a small channel cat.
