how can I purchase?

I joined this club about 3 weeks ago and rec'd all the goods in a package in the mail one of them being a clam 2012-2013 product catalog. I thumbed thru it and found some items that i really wanted to purchase but could find no means of purchasing them so I used the contact us feature and was responded to from someone asking what I would like to purchase and maybe she could help, I explained I just wanted to purchase from the catalog, and I haven't found out yet how to do that, there have been no further instructions in that regard... So how do I order from this catalog? with no prices and only item #'s? the staff is not helping me with this and I really thought that is where I should start...

http://clamoutdoors.com/ice_fishing/ is the HSOforum where many of the products can be found and purchased. Some of the bigger ticket items are just too heavy to ship and not very cost effective. In those cases, they have a retail locator to help you find what you want.

Thanks charlie that is what I was looking for I asked this from their contact us link and got nothing to place an order..I am looking at the dave Genz rods with the fly reel and now I see they are not available..guess I will go to Jays

My understanding was that the reels sold out early, and had a lot of interst from the retailers like Jay's. Frank's/Linwood is close to Jay's and that might be another option for you also.

Gander Mountain in Lakeville and also Throne in Blaine had several on hand in both combos and just reels yesterday.
