lake sharpe, fishing report wanted

I'm heading out to Peirre next week has anyone heard how the fishing has been? It's my frist trip out there, any tips anyone can give would be appresiated. thanks

I haven't fished there since the first week of May and West Bend was the place to be. Only a 45 minute scenic drive to the boat ramp by truck and trailer, too long of a boat ride by water (50 miles) if the wind picks up.

The best "Tip" I can give you is that if you are a meat eater to go out of town towards West Bend and you will find THE BEST steaks ever at a steak house that's a renovated farm house called THE CATTLEMANS CLUB. It's just past the entrance to "Hipple Lake/Farm Island". You will love that area, I sure do.
