Heard over coffee at the Viking Cafe that the matriarch of the Whipps family had passed on at the age of 93.

There was speculation that might create a business opportunity for someone looking to get into the bait business at at an old time location featuring an old time and well know bait business name: Whipp's Baits.

Have no personal direct information and just want to share this news and potential investment opportunity with my friends here in HSO.

A drive through bait window and some fresh paint, perhaps in a minnow green, would brighten things up.
