jt24
I have a 08 Buick enclave and it has 94000 miles. I want change the tranny fluid and I was told that all the fluid does not drain out and there isn't a filter to change. Anyone know if this is the deal? Thanks
Jeremy airjer W
The filter is not "serviceable." The transmission needs to be removed and disassembled in order to replace it.When you drain the fluid from the transmission your are only draining roughly half of the fluid the other half is in the torque converter. You can drain in, fill it, drive it, and repeat. This will get you a little closer to a complete fluid replacement.
