2004 Pontic Grand Am

I have a 04 Grand Am with 4 cy engine. In Oct the fuel pump quit and I had an new GM pump and fuel filter installed. Now the engine won't start when it is cold. Any thing below 20 degrees. I installed new plugs and a the coil pack. Still won't start when cold. Will Start in heated garage. I have not put on a computer to see the codes. When trying to start it will fire but not run so I don't thing it is the security system. Any help Thanks.

check the fuel presure regulator. pull the vacuum line of of it, then turn the key to the on position and see if fuel comes out of where the vacuum hose was.

How do you finally get it started when it's below 20 degrees?

I tow it to a heated garage

does it smell like gas when it wont start?

Are you sure its not flooding?

What brand plugs did you install? (I'm especially curious on this one)

Have you tried holding the gas pedal to the floor while you crank it over?
