There is a guy that lives down the street from me that foams a lot of wheel houses. If you want PM me and I can get you his information. I cant tell you what it would cost. As I understand it he doesn't just crawl under the trailer. He jacks the trailer up high so he likes to do them out of his home shop. He is up near Annandale so it may be too far for you but you could check it out to see how he compares with others.
