Otter Ice Lodge, 3 years old, was new in package before winter 2010-2011. Very clean and only lightly used. Otter and most companies have gone to insulated fabric houses. This fish house doesn't have that new insulation but does come with 900 denier fabric. She's pretty toasty without any of the expensive, stitched in thermal insulation! I'm selling this house with all the goodies...travel cover, tow hitch, hyfax runners installed, sportsman's caddy, and rod holders. It's ready to fish today.

Read if you like to sight fish or spear -- very few companies are selling fish houses with blacked out interiors. The new insulation commonly used today is usually quilted with light colors because the stitches make so many holes. This is one house, that is young and in good shape, and is black as night when you sit in it with the windows flaps shut. Did I mention, the plastic windows are still pristine?

The house and accessories retailed for over $1100 three years ago. That's what the new insulated houses cost today BEFORE adding in the accessories. Whoever buys this will be a happy customer. I've caught some nice fish in it. PM me if interested, asking $700 obo.
