When my engine is warmed up and at higher RPM coolant starts shooting out of the cap on overflow resivor. I have checked for contamination in the coolant and no signs of fuel or oil also no water in the oil tank, so maybe not a head gasket? Has anyone else had this problem? any sugestions?

How full is the expansion bottle when the engine is cold? Perhaps it is just overserviced?

I had a problem similar to this on a Arctic Cat 454. At high RPM's the coolant would shoot out of the overflow tube near the radiator cap. The radiator cap was bad. The cap would go bad every year or so. Try that?

Most any service garage should be able to pressure test your radiator cap and tell you how many PSI it is holding. Some may even be able to tell you if there are hydrocarbons (exhaust gasses)in the cooling system, but have the cap tested first.
