walleye34
I am going to be parking my ice castle in a spot all summer and using it as a camper. Do you guys recommend wheels up with stabilzer jacks like a normal camper or dropping it down. I have heard the spindles can rust that the tire rotates around and would much rather have it rust up and if it does not go down smooth I can always tow it somewhere to have it fixed vs having it rust in the down position and now I can't crank it back up to tow it? any thoughts?I did have a issue on my last ice castle where over time I noticed it would not go up and down as smooth year after year. I greased it all the time too.
traveler
I did that with mine last year, left it "up". and blocked, of course. I really didn't even think of dropping it...and I have one side that sticks pretty bad too, I expect thats a problem that comes up now and then, kept mine well greased too.
