hi so i bought a 6 hp evinrude get to lake runs great then wont start row row your boat. sorry little rave there. any way trade back to the dealer get a 9.8 mercury purrs like a kitten however i cant figure out how to lift the motor up. there is a knob to pull up and down but it wont budge. i lubed all contact points. there is a steel rod that if i wiggle it then it will release it but i cant imagine this it because you would have to put your whole hand in the water to do it please help
